Our proven process: ACT

Coach every rep without adding hours to your week

You can't be in every car or on every call. ACT gives your reps daily coaching and gives you the data to lead your one-on-ones.

  1. 1Assess. Know each rep's strengths and the one growth area most worth coaching.
  2. 2Coach. Every rep hears a 4-minute coaching session each morning and uses it on the next call.
  3. 3Train. You get trained to use the SalesIndex reports and run a simple weekly coaching rhythm.

One idea for this week

Coach the reality, not the story

It's easy to confuse activity with progress, optimism with accountability, or a full CRM with a healthy pipeline. The pipeline isn't just a forecast. It's a mirror of how your people are selling.

Listen for vague language in your next review: "I think it's moving." "They seem interested." "I didn't want to push." That's the story. Your job is to find the reality underneath it.

Three questions for your next pipeline review

  1. 1What did the buyer commit to at the last meeting?
  2. 2What evidence do we have?
  3. 3What next step did they agree to?

Then coach the gap you find, instead of just updating the close date.
